Cancellation Policy
ENGLISH: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to your appointments. If you cancel in less than 24hrs, your payment will be lost. ( This will only apply to single sessions). If you re-schedule within 48 hours you can use the same payment for the rescheduled appointment. No shows will result for a lost appointment along with payment. If late arrival, your time will be deducted from the therapy time. SPANISH: La reprogramación o cancelación debe realizarse 24 horas antes de sus citas. Si cancelas en menos de 24hrs perderás tu cita (pago). Si reprograma dentro de las 48 horas, puede utilizar el mismo pago para la cita reprogramada. Si usted no se presenta a su cita, resultará en la pérdida de la cita junto con el pago. Si llega tarde, su tiempo se deducirá del tiempo de terapia.
